Directions for Use:
To achieve optimal results, use DINITROL 538 PLUS Primer as this urethane is not primerless. Ensure all bonding areas are clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Glass must be pre-treated with DINITROL one-step-primer 538 Plus or Activator Plus. Apply 538 Plus or D-530 to the pinchweld bonding area if no existing urethane substrate is present.
Method of Use:
DINITROL 9100 HD is applied by extrusion from foil wraps and cartridges using a power caulking gun or a 26:1 thrust ratio gun due to its high viscosity. It requires proper equipment for dispensing and is recommended for experienced users. Pre-tests for special applications are advised.
